Reno LLC ("Reno," "we," "our" or "us") is a Georgia limited-liability company that helps U.S. homeowners plan and manage residential remodel projects through our website located at https://www.withreno.com (the "Site") and any related e-mails, text messages, files or other services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

2. Information We Collect

Project details and answers you submit through third-party forms (Fillout.com) and scheduling questionnaires (Calendly). Any additional information you voluntarily send us, including photos or plans you share during early-access onboarding. Payment-related identifiers returned by Stripe (payment intent ID, last four digits of card, card brand, billing ZIP).	To create and manage appointments; send confirmations, reminders and deliverables; process one-off payments; provide customer support; honor our money-back guarantee.
Information collected automatically	Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, date/time). Essential, first-party session cookies used by Supabase authentication.	To maintain Site security and core functionality. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at this time.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years old and the Services are offered only to U.S. residents.

3. How We Use Your Information

To perform a contract with you. We use your information to schedule and hold consultations, send reminder e-mails and SMS messages, produce and deliver your personalized Reno Roadmap, process Stripe payments and, if requested, issue refunds under our money-back guarantee.
For legitimate business interests. To monitor, improve and secure the Site; to respond to inquiries; and to maintain business records.
With your consent. You may opt-in to future marketing e-mails (we do not send any at present). You can withdraw consent at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link or e-mailing us.
To comply with legal obligations. For example, to satisfy tax or accounting rules and to respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

4. How We Share Information

We never sell or rent your personal data.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use only first-party, strictly-necessary cookies (e.g., session cookies set by Supabase). You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site may not work.

6. Your Choices & Rights

Access / deletion. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by e-mailing help@withreno.com.
Opt-out of e-mail or SMS reminders. Follow the link in the message or reply "STOP".
California residents may exercise CCPA rights to know, delete and opt-out of "sale" (we do not sell data). To make a request, contact us as above.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including any statutory retention periods (generally seven years for financial records). We then securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We follow industry-standard measures such as TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and server-side encryption at rest. No online system is 100% secure; therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Visitors

We currently restrict use of the Services to the United States. If you access the Site from another jurisdiction you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes we will notify registered users by e-mail and post the updated policy on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
